MS Outlook Express 6.X

Domain : onnet.com.my
Email Address : example@onnet.com.my
Password : ******
POP3 and smtp server : mail.onnet.com.my

1. Start Microsoft Outlook Express.

2. From the 'Tools' menu select 'Accounts'

3. On the 'Internet Accounts' window click on the 'Add' button and select 'Mail...'

4. Type in the name you wish to be displayed to people receiving your e-mail's in the 'Display Name' field and click 'Next'

5.Enter the e-mail address . Once entered click 'Next'

6. Ensure that 'My incoming mail server is a POP3 server' is set and in the 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, HTTP) server' field enter the POP3 SMTP and pop3 server address should be 'mail.yourdomain.com'. Example for both SMTP and pop3 : 'mail.onnet.com.my'

7. In the 'Account name' field enter the email address you have chosen to use for this e-mail account.
Enter your password in the 'Password' field and click 'Next'.

10. You've now successfully set up your new POP3 account. Click 'Finish'
